CampaignMonitor Template setup
Use the files from the orchards_campaignmonitor folder.
In your CampaignMonitor Dashboard, go to the Templates section and click Import. Use orchards_template.html for HTML page, images.zip for All other image and CSS files in ZIP format (optional) and click Add templates.
Select the template from the My templates tab when you start a campaign. More about importing templates to CampaignMonitor.
